Refund Policy

Thannambikai charitable trust collects donations to support welfare programs for children, women, and underprivileged communities.

Refund Eligibility

If you believe an error occurred during your donation process, or you made an incorrect amount, you may request a refund.
Refund requests must be made within 15 calendar days from the donation date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at thannambikaictrust2019@gmail.com with:

• Your full name
• Date and amount of donation
• Transaction reference ID
• Reason for the refund

We will review the request and, if approved, initiate a refund using the original payment method.

Conditions

• Refunds are only processed for genuine errors or duplicate transactions.
• Donations made through third-party payment gateways will be subject to their refund policies.
• Cash donations, if eligible, will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer.
